| O trabalho analisa a importância do cultivo de frutas como alternativa para o aumento de renda da agricultura familiar, no contexto dos financiamentos concedidos pelo PRONAF. Os resultados evidenciaram que o recurso financeiro foi a variável que mais limitou a escolha dos agricultores. Maracujá, goiaba e pinha foram identificadas como as melhores alternativas econômicas para os produtores familiares da região. A análise permitiu concluir que a concessão do crédito, pelo PRONAF, contribui para a melhor utilização dos recursos, para a obtenção de maior renda, bem como para a geração de empregos. |

| Biologische aardbeien worden nog maar weinig geteeld. De voornaamste reden hiervoor is dat de teelt niet zo gemakkelijk is en er nogal wat kan misgaan. Ook vraagt de aardbeienteelt een aanzienlijke hoeveelheid arbeid, waardoor het relatief duur is. Het aanbod biologische aardbeien is dus gering. Ook zijn de groothandelsbedrijven voorzichtig met inkopen, hetgeen potentiële telers verder afremt. Een continu aanbod ontbreekt dus: hoog tijd om de cirkel te doorbreken en de continuïteit te verbeteren. In dit BioKennisbericht meer over de biologische teelt van aardbeien. |

| O óleo de nim obtido da planta Azadirachta indica, e formulações contendo os fungos Metharizium anisoplae e Beauveria bassiana, foram empregados para o controle da cigarrinha das raízes Mahanarva fimbriolata em cultivo orgânico de cana-de-açúcar. A ação desses produtos foi comparada com a mortalidade natural do inseto, através de parcelas sem o emprego de inseticidas. O experimento foi realizado no período de março a maio de 2008, em um talhão de cana-de-açúcar da variedade RB 85 5536 conduzida no sistema orgânico, na região de Sertãozinho, SP. | Naturen er ødsel og verden er mangfoldig. Vi ved det godt, men det er sjældent, man oplever det så intenst som under et besøg på Pometet i Tåstrup, vores nationale samling af frugt- og bærsorter. Her er omkring 2000 forskellige sorter af frugt og bær samlet på et sted. Æblesorterne udgør den største samling med omkring 750 forskellige sorter, og de er et imponerende syn i sensommeren, hvor frugternes forskelligheder træder frem. |

In 1995 the then 10 most promising resistant apple varieties for Denmark where planted at Research Centre Årslev, Denmark in an organic production system. Three different cover crops where established in the alleyways. Weed cleaning in the tree row was done mechanically and the trees were kept unfertilised. The annual shoot growth, nutrients in leaf sample, mineralised nitrogen in soil, content of water in the upper 50 cm soil, fruit yield and fruit quality were assessed. | Aprés avoir été testée, sur un site en 2005 et neuf en 2006, la technique de protection physique des vergers de pommier contre le carpocapse nommée "Alt'Carpo" a été adoptée en vraie grandeur dans 15 vergers provençaux en 2007, et des tests complémentaires réalisés par ailleurs. Le suivi des 15 vergers a confirmé l'efficacité de la protection mono-rang (un filet par rang de pommier), et montré l'effet protecteur anti-grêle et ...coupe-vent. | Vinte e seis borregas (Texel x Corriedale), com idade entre 4 e 5 meses, foram utilizados para avaliar o efeito da administração de lâminas foliares de bananeira (Musa spp.) na alimentação sobre o controle de nematódeos gastrintestinais, através da contagem de ovos/grama de fezes (OPG). Os tratamentos foram constituídos pelo controle negativo, e pelos grupos de borregas que consumiram lâminas foliares frescas de bananeira entre 0,40 e 0,80% e de 0,81 a 1,20% do peso vivo, por três dias consecutivos. Após 15 dias, esse processo foi repetido. Antes e após o fornecimento da bananeira às borregas (no 1o, 3o, 5o, 7o, 9o, 11o e 14o dias), foram coletadas amostras de fezes. | Entre janeiro e abril de 2000 foi realizado um experimento no campus da Universidade Federal de Pelotas, RS, com o objetivo de caracterizar a ambiência do abrigo plástico e verificar sua interação com o cultivo de meloeiro (Cucumis melo L.) sob adubação orgânica em comparação à adubação mineral. Foi utilizada uma estufa plástica tipo Túnel Alto, com área de 307,3 m2 e 941,3 m3 de volume, disposta no sentido Norte-Sul e coberta com PEBD de 150^ Foram testados 8 tratamentos à base de vermicomposto bovino, cinza de casca de arroz e adubo mineral, seguindo a recomendação oficial de adubação. | We implemented a system GDV Assistant (Gas Discharge Visualisation Technique) for parameterization and visualization of coronas of humans and plants. Besides standard parameters, developed by the team of Prof. Korotkov, the program includes some additional numerical parameters. In last few years in several studies we recorded coronas of apple tree leaves and fruits in order to verify and compare their vitality under different conditions. | Ziel ist es, durch die Entwicklung und Prüfung geeigneter Anbausysteme und Kulturmaßnahmen die Pflanzengesundheit, den Ertrag und die Fruchtqualität zu erhöhen bzw. zu verbessern und damit die wirtschaftlichen Erfolgsaussichten des ökologischen Beerenanbaus zu erhöhen. Auf schweren Böden sorgt die Wurzelfäule im Erdbeeranbau regelmäßig durch Pflanzenausfälle für hohe Verluste. Dies ist auf eine Vernässung des Bodens im Frühjahr zurückzuführen.
